Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team, including Inside Sales and Field Sales, within the Sales Department.
  • Identify and target new customers and business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Create and manage LCL (Less than Container Load) consoles
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience for LCL clients, with an emphasis on building loyalty.
  • Implement innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across origin and destination offices to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee team performance, providing motivation and support to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster a culture of open communication within the team to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Coordinate departmental projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

Working Hours and Location

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development.
  • Established customer portfolio and strong relationships with co-loaders.
  • Proven experience in creating LCL consoles
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales team while achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
