Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team, including Inside Sales and Field Sales, within the Sales Department.
- Identify and target new customers and business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Create and manage LCL (Less than Container Load) consoles
- Ensure exceptional customer experience for LCL clients, with an emphasis on building loyalty.
- Implement innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across origin and destination offices to achieve business goals.
- Oversee team performance, providing motivation and support to meet and exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of open communication within the team to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Coordinate departmental projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development.
- Established customer portfolio and strong relationships with co-loaders.
- Proven experience in creating LCL consoles
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales team while achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
