Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries and service requests,
- Provide consultation to customers on EV Charging systems and recommended best solution
- Site visit to create Installation plans, Provide Quotation and close sales.
- KPI Includes Number of home and condo Installation jobs closed, and number of EVSE sales
- Provide weekly and monthly sales tracking report to direct leader
- Other tasks assigned by direct leader from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Personality:
- Good communication skill person who can commit for client to solve the issue.
- Ability to understand the customer need and effectively sell solutions.
- Mandarin and English Speaker preferred, Malay language as a bonus.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skill in English.
- Result oriented.
- The skills to work both independently and parts of a team.
- Able to travel locally and have valid driving license and have own transportation.
