About the job HCM Consultant (People Soft)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project management, prepare time and cost estimates, handle billing and other finance activities related to project deliverables
- Requirements gathering and analysis for new system enhancements
- Provide effort estimation and timeline for various phases (DEV,SIT, UAT, PRD) of bugs/enhancements
- Lead the offshore team and coordinate on the development of enhancements
- System Integration testing of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 features used by the client
- Support User Acceptance Testing across different HCM modules
Development/Enhancement of existing as well as new functionalities
- Analyze and identify clients PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 enhancements and functionalities during application upgrade
- Coordinate with offshore team for retrofitting of identified enhancements in HCM 9.2 version during application upgrade
- Provide functional support for Core HR modules
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of implementation experience with proven records of delivering at least 2-3 projects life cycles in PeopleSoft HCM or ELM modules in Thailand
- Good understanding of HCM business processes and best practice
- Able to translate the functional requirements into technical deliverables
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Added Advantage:
- Strong track records in developing PeopleSoft components by using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, BI Publisher, SQR, Application Package, Integration Broker & etc.
- Good in other programming languages, such as XML, ASP, .NET, Java, JavaScript & etc. will be added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in leading one or more Oracle implementations or upgrades in 9.2
- Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) of software development lifecycle
