Position Overview: company is looking for a talented and motivated Domestic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales within the domestic market, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the domestic market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate product solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for domestic clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of company products to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments, even when working remotely.
- Utilize communication tools to stay connected with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the animal or human nutrition industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with domestic market trends and customer behaviors.
