Position Overview: company is looking for a talented and motivated Domestic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales within the domestic market, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the domestic market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate product solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for domestic clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
      • Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and stay updated on industry trends.
      • Educate clients on the features and benefits of company products to meet their specific needs.
        • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
        • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
          • Effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments, even when working remotely.
          • Utilize communication tools to stay connected with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

          Qualifications:

          • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the animal or human nutrition industry.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
          • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
          • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
          • Familiarity with domestic market trends and customer behaviors.
          • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
