Responsibilities
The developer will provide a crucial role in the growth of the company, working closely with the Managing Director and senior members of the team.
A breakdown of responsibilities are listed below:
- Work with line Managers to complete tasks to ensure project milestones and customer related work is delivered on time.
- Configure the solution using the WA toolset (Advantage Architect, Page Editor, etc.).
- Work with other consultants/developers as part of the larger configuration/development phase in implementation projects.
- Participate in functional & technical discussions with the client, including integrating WA with MHE and ERP systems.
- Create optimized SQL functions, stored procedures and queries based on specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution of configuration and deployment issues.
- Test applications and provide quality assurance.
- Documentation of the configuration process of the software products to help with further project implementation.
- Create HTML5 based screens to present data grids and dashboards.
- Develop SSRS Reports.
- Convert business requirements into technical design documents using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
- Design processes using industry best practices, matching both the needs of the client, and WA architecture standards.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer engineering, Supply Chain Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any IT related course.
- Experience or Knowledge of Cloud based systems, High Availability and Redundant.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of a customer's organization.
- Strong problem solving, cross-functional analysis and forward-thinking abilities
- Business process experience.
- Has an analytical mindset and is a critical thinker.
- Can demonstrable the ability to discover and fix errors in code.
- Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Someone who can work unsupervised and have an ambition to become a team leader.
