FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS

Job Description:

1. Experience of managing a skilled & Experienced team.
2. Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
3. Managing hiring & Onboarding Vacant positions
4. Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
5. Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
6. Employee Engagement activities
7. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
8. Strategic thinking abilities.
9. Develop the organizational structure to support future growth, using best practice principles.
10. Manage the companys employee programs, staff benefits and packages.
11. Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes.
12. Provide support and guidance to HR staff

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a business-related subject.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a HR role.
3. Conversant level of English, both spoken and written
4. Able to handle team

Compensation:

1. Range from 70-90K per month + benefits

Other pointers:

1. Org strength 140 People
2. No Manufacturing unit primarily Service oriented organization with functions like Sales/Marketing/RnD/Finance/Technical team
3. 3 BUs Trade/ CD (Car Dealer) & LI (Light Industrial) with separate teams
4. Existing team of 2 members would be reporting
