Job Title: Project Manager

• Location: 10th Floor, Room C2 719, KPN Tower Rama IX Rd, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand
• Salary Range: 70,000 - 100,000 THB / Month
• Reporting to - Head of Projects
• Nationality Required: Thai
• Languages: English and Thai
• Experience Required: Min 8-10 years in project management, with a background in operations and sales preferred
• Working Days & Hours:
• Days: Monday Friday
• Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Dress Code: Formal (Monday Thursday), Casual (Friday)
• Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds with Thai and Indian Nationals from the Management Teams.

Job Overview: The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves working closely with project owners, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to project management policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations knowledge , vendor base for procurement of moving heavy lift ODC cargo like transporters. Customer base from this vertical

• Project Initiation: Collaborate with project owners to develop and finalize project initiation documents, including Project Charters and Schedules.
• Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessments with key project members, and communicate risk statuses to stakeholders and customers regularly.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely updates of Project Status Reports and adherence to Project Management policies and procedures.
• Scope, Time, and Cost Management: Oversee project constraints related to scope, time, and cost, ensuring delivery within the approved parameters.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate project issues to project owners and the Project Review Board as necessary.
• Coordination: Coordinate with project team members to ensure compliance with go-live readiness and successful project implementation.
• Compliance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Min 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a background in operations and sales preferred. Experience in local firms is advantageous.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Skills: Proven track record in managing complex projects and achieving project goals. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. Proficient in project management tools and software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
