Job Summary:
The Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase online sales. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the application of AI technologies to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize customer interactions, and predict future trends.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
E-Commerce Management:
- Drive e-commerce sales through effective site management, user experience optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT and product teams to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest digital trends.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for product recommendations, dynamic pricing, and inventory management to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
Customer Experience:
- Leverage AI to develop personalized marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality services and tools.
Qualifications:
- Cert / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Lazada, Line Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Easystore etc).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
