Job Summary:

The Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engage customers, and increase online sales. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the application of AI technologies to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  1. Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  2. Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize customer interactions, and predict future trends.
  3. Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

E-Commerce Management:

  1. Drive e-commerce sales through effective site management, user experience optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  2. Collaborate with the IT and product teams to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest digital trends.
  3. Implement AI-driven solutions for product recommendations, dynamic pricing, and inventory management to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience:

  1. Leverage AI to develop personalized marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction.

Budget Management:

  1. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  2. Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality services and tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Cert / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  5. Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shoppe, Lazada, Line Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Easystore etc).
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  7. Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  8. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
