About the job Campaign Specialist
Key Responsibilities include:
- Strong project/program management skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering flawlessly while maintaining customer centricity
- Strong executive presence and ability to address technical and non-technical aspects of solutions as well as working across the spectrum of individuals on the Clients teams
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the payments landscape
- For each problem statement, able to define the scope, understand clients objectives, and frame the problem as an opportunity for growth
- Strong analytical skills to consume and synthesize client information, interviews, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information to determine gaps, issues and opportunities
- Facilitate meetings and workshops as an element of client engagements, to enable creative problem solving and/or transfer domain knowledge, helping clients to realize project objectives across multiple client teams/functions.
What you will need:
- A Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields. A masters degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work as a campaign manager, marketing manager, partnership manager, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into potential opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management, from initiation, optimization and post-campaign tracking.
What will also help:
- Proven experience in delivering growth for financial services products.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Thailand.
Projects you will be a part of:
- Manage and execute customer engagement programs to drive objectives such as acquisition, activation, usage, balance build and retention.
