Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the business strategies with the CEO, and implement with the team, to achieve business goals;
  • Formulate efficiently operation strategies(including business expansion globally, team management and growth, operation system building, etc.),according to the strategies.
  • Collect and analyze the data of market, and provide to the team and stakeholders for business support;
  • Monitor and track progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the business goal, including board members, senior executives, employees, customers, and partners.
  • Other tasks from the CEO.

Job Requirement:

  • More than 10years of team management, and with the international vision, and with the same position(VP for global or COO);
  • Strong data analysist operations ability, negotiation skill, and learning ability;
  • Direct Hotel Contracting experience is a must.
  • Professional experience, within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on facts and data;
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
  • Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage.
  • Must to be based or willing to relocate to China.
