We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead Consultant to spearhead change management activities for a large-scale program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading organizational change, designing and implementing change strategies, and driving stakeholder engagement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Leadership:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for program-level activities.
    • Operationalize and ensure adherence to established change management and project management standards.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders to build trust and support for the program.
    • Proactively address concerns and gain buy-in from stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  3. Communication and Storytelling:
    • Design and execute clear, consistent, and impactful communication plans to inform employees about the programs progress and implications.
    • Leverage storytelling techniques to effectively convey the vision and benefits of change.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Change Management Analysts, providing guidance throughout the implementation.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between programs and projects to ensure alignment with objectives.
  5. Change Standards and Continuous Improvement:
    • Promote adherence to established change management standards and processes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.
    • Support continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
  6. Operational Change Implementation:
    • Lead operating model design changes, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
    • Ensure alignment of organizational structures with strategic program goals.
  7. Training and Development:
    • Partner with training teams to design and deliver programs that equip employees with necessary skills for new processes and systems.
  8. Resistance Management:
    • Identify resistance to change and develop proactive solutions to overcome barriers.
  9. Performance Metrics and Measurement:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives, preferably in ERP implementation or organizational transformation projects.
    • Expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and resistance management.
    • Experience in workforce planning and organizational design is a plus.
  • Skills:
