Job Overview:
- Analyze the market landscape and gather insights from healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, specialists, and hospital staff.
- Develop and assess territory or account strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Interact with healthcare professionals to create sales opportunities and promote products.
- Present product information effectively and communicate the brand message to healthcare professionals.
- Utilize all available sales and marketing resources to promote products and foster strong relationships to drive sales in the territory.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives that align with company strategies.
- Meet sales targets while increasing product visibility among healthcare professionals.
- Manage and process tender/bidding or listing
- Provide therapeutic information while adhering to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with Neurology, Psychiatry, and Cardiovascular portfolios is advantage.
