About the job Inventory Manager

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks.
  2. Ensure that goods inward/ stock control department is well organized controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
  3. Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
  4. Ensure that any Material that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
  5. Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital.
  6. Ensures Inventory Staff can work by following standard procedure.
  7. Conduct process to handle access of Swensons store>company>Factory(utensils  & creat).
  8. Reconcile and compare ending stock with clients on the function requirement to monitor stock>
  9. Respond and ensure damaged stock report and pass to account process to charge.
  10. Monitoring the transaction on system between Exceed & Oracle, Compare transaction & document in case of variance ending stock.
  11. Handles write-off product in logical and physical system.
  12. Performing SKU ABC Analysis to ensure level for each SKU.
  13. Set Pick face, standard pallet, Hold Stock, Re-label in case of shelf life extension , Set new location, Stock Movement.
  14. Take role of Cycle count weekly & Monthly.
  15. Monitoring nearly expire, expired date and dead stock excess inventory.
  16. Provide routine management information on inventory performance
    1. Cycle count Report (Weekly & Monthly)
    2. Product movement
    3. Damage by transport & warehouse
    4. Product Throughput in & out
    5. Short Shelf life and dead stock Report

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  1. Male-Female, Thai national, aged between 38-45 years.
  2. Bachelors Degree in any related field.
  3. At least 5-8 years experience in inventory control or warehouse.
  4. Strong Leadership.
  5. Good in computer literate in MS word, Excel, Power Point
  6. Good command in English
  7. Good communication skills and good coordination.
