Job Description

• Knowledge of Insurance product and guidelines
• Fair understanding of Lloyds Market i.e. Bureau, Non-Bureau and Company Market
• Good understanding of Claims cycle and claims processing
• Knowledge on Electronic claims filing(ECF) and IMR.
• Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Good verbal & written Mandarin communication Skills
