About the job Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Responsible for all channels, retail, market and overall business in the region, based on the company's direction, achieve the goals and missions of brand, sales, revenue, profit and market share, etc.
- According to the company's overall planning and requirements, formulate regional annual, quarterly, monthly and medium and long-term development plans
- Responsible for dealers development, management, training, conferences, direct sales support, channel partner evaluation, rewards and punishments, customer relationship management and maintenance in the company's business in the region.
- Implement the company's channel and retail policies, ensure the communication and implementation of the company's policies, and formulate and implement specific support measures for agents within the jurisdiction.
- Complete the prescribed sales tasks, and assist in data statistics and market analysis.
- Timely feedback sales and market environment changes, customers, channels and competition information.
- To oversee sales planning and special promotion, to develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Diploma / degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or proven experience in a related field especially in MOBILITY line.
