Regional Sales Manager
About the job Regional Sales Manager
- Managing team: Manage and set targets for team members including Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers.
- Managing multiple clients: Manage multiple clients and arrange for sales team to approach and maintain relationships with clients across different states, e.g. Ipoh, Perak, Penang, Kedah
- Goals Setting: Set up the sales goals from the dimension of time and area, and follow the progress of goals achievement, figure out and resolve the problems to guarantee the success of business.
- Strategically Planning: Based on the analysis and understanding of overall picture in local market and strategy of competitors, formulate the plan of product provision, retailing and rebating to achieve the target of sales.
- Position construction: Concentrating on the market expansion and development, make specific tactic and key task, and devote the adequate resource to build channels according to ROI.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Diploma / degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or proven experience in a related field especially in MOBILITY line.
- 8 years' experience and above
- Handles 150+ stores nationwide
