Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our SaaS AI Solutions business in Thailand. This role involves leading and motivating a sales team, devising effective sales strategies, and achieving outstanding results by staying updated on market trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Coach and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales forecasts and targets.

Market Expansion:

  • Explore new sectors and segments within Thailands SME and large Enterprise market.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers and resellers.

Pipeline Management:

  • Create and maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline, consistently driving month-on-month growth.

Customized Sales Approach:

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and tailor sales collateral and proposals to align with their needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in voice experience, technology, and R&D to provide comprehensive solutions and close sales deals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum university degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years sales experience, with at least 3+ years enterprise sales experience in the BFSI or Telecommunications space
  • Result oriented, successful experience driving fast growth for SaaS business.
  • Leadership qualities with a strong sales management and/or consulting background.
  • Fluent in communicating the technology and value proposition of our conversational AI platform to customers and partners at various levels of their organization.
  • Strong business acumen to identify and seize opportunities with prospects and existing customers. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple ongoing projects.
