Position Overview: Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes, adhering to industry standards, and contributing to the overall success of company.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing operations.

Monitor and adjust production plans based on demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.

2. Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the production of high-quality products.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Company quality specifications.

3. Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the production workflow.

Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize output.

4. Training and Development:

Train and mentor production staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Facilitate ongoing training programs to keep the team updated on new technologies and industry trends.

5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with other departments, such as research and development, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels effectively.

6. Health and Safety:

Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

Implement and oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in production management within the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.

Strong understanding of quality control processes and regulatory requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
