Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree holder Finance or Controlling
  • Up to 2 years work experience in Controlling
  • Additional language skills are of advantage

  • Host skills
  • Very good knowledge of Controlling & SAP CO
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Good command in English (Written, Spoken, Read)

Job Description:

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing short-term, medium-term and long-term planning and reporting for costs, services, material and balances, investments
  • Assist in compiling various planning scenarios
  • Assist in working out target scenarios as input for main project planning
  • Set up cost center accounting and periodic reporting including annotations, analyses of variance, track measures, make plausibiity checks, make recommendations, coordinate with the cost center administrators on costs, services, investments, materials and balances
  • Compile and analyze KPIs and hourly and overtime rates (factors) and derive recommendations for action
  • Participate in implementing material controlling, particularly additional consumption and scrapping
  • Participate in implementing series and non-series inventory Controlling
  • Implement fixed assets Controlling
  • Participate in implementing project Controlling for projects in the plant
  • Participate in setting up transparent investment Controlling
  • Participate in setting up transparent Controlling of start-up costs
  • Provide support to implement plans to reduce overhead costs and to increase efficiency
  • Participate in making plant-related process cost analyses
  • Participate in analyzing and introducing measures to improve the quality of basic data (bill of materials, production schedule, duration of depreciation, allocation of assets, etc.)
  • Participate in compiling and validating wage data requests for the production plant
  • Participate in calculating non-conformity costs (customer, supplier, internally)
  • Compile and implement profitability analyses (e.g. expansion / relocation plans, make-or-buy decisions)
  • Perform inventory valuations and make calculations of the overtime rates for the inventory valuations
  • Prepare decisions for the scrapping of series and non-series material and fixed assets
  • Process purchase requisitions
  • Compile site-related statistics for state and federal offices
  • Participate in commercial projects
  • Assistance in Accounting department per requirement
  • Any further instruction from time to time
