Title: Manager Technical Services ASEAN
Main Task:
- Identify new customers and applications for the product portfolio in ASEAN countries
- Technical Know-How: Engage with technical teams at customer end to promote the products
- Sensitive to customer needs, industry trends, and insights
- Identify customers technical and manufacturing needs and provide total solution
- Providing Technical guidance on product, industry, customer to Technical Service, Sales and Industry
- Utilize customer feedback to create solutions or proposals that capture new business opportunities and differentiate the company from competitor
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical and/or MSc. In Chemistry
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience
- Knowledge in handling technical matters; Application knowledge of industries such as adhesives, sealants, lubricants, polymers
- Fluent English speaking, writing and presentation
- Great interpersonal skills and convincing skills
- Strategic, Proactive, Conceptional thinking and Conflict management
