Title: Manager Technical Services ASEAN

Main Task:

  • Identify new customers and applications for the product portfolio in ASEAN countries
  • Technical Know-How: Engage with technical teams at customer end to promote the products
  • Sensitive to customer needs, industry trends, and insights
  • Identify customers technical and manufacturing needs and provide total solution
  • Providing Technical guidance on product, industry, customer to Technical Service, Sales and Industry
  • Utilize customer feedback to create solutions or proposals that capture new business opportunities and differentiate the company from competitor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical and/or MSc. In Chemistry
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge in handling technical matters; Application knowledge of industries such as adhesives, sealants, lubricants, polymers
  • Fluent English speaking, writing and presentation
  • Great interpersonal skills and convincing skills
  • Strategic, Proactive, Conceptional thinking and Conflict management
