Job Description:
- Complete the sales target and shipment target issued by the company, increase the market share of the brand, and do a good job in customer communication and coordination;
- MD management, find the right MD in each region, promote the improvement of sales in the local area, and do a good job in the market management of MD's monthly delivery, inventory, coverage, and main promotion models;
- Team management, build a good sales team, including RM team, sales team, and other management positions that need to be added with the growth of business scale, do a good job in team target management, training and training, daily work follow-up, motivation and assessment;
- Product management, including new product launches, old product clearance, and the improvement of sales of medium and high-end machines;
- Responsible for the formulation, application, communication and supervision of the implementation of the company's policies; Docking with relevant domestic departments, docking project coordination, and landing work;
- Travel to overseas customer across thailand, may be 2 to 3 times in a month.
Qualification and Job Specification:
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with local customers and team resources;
- Experience in large-scale team and market management, with outstanding sales performance in the past;
- Strong execution, strong learning ability, diligent work, self-driven ability;
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Chinese is preferred.
