Sales Manager

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them

Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing

performance data, and making forecasts

Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives

Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

The ongoing training of your salespeople.

Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge

education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Competency/Qualification Requirement

Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Dedication to providing great customer service.

Ability to lead a sales team.
Self-motivated and able to determine problems and provide viable solutions to both customer requirements and teamwork
Proficient in Thai and English languages, written and spoken


Proficient in computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Office, Google

Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country

Education การศกึษา
Bachelors degree in business or related field.

At least 5-7 years experience in Sales Manager or any related work
