Job Description, Technical Support Executive - Bangkok.
Location : Bangkok, Thailand
Designation : Technical Support Executive
Experience : 3+ years installation and support of Networking products / solutions and other IT Services in the Hospitality / premium Hotel segment.
Others : Ability to read, write and converse in English and fluency in Thai Language
Roles & Responsibilities.
Good technical knowledge on Networking solutions and products
Ability to discuss technical solution with local IT Managers in Thai language and also in English
Working knowledge on Wireless LAN components preferable
Knowledge on Access points, Switches, Gateway installation, replacement and management preferable
Support internal teams for delivery and customer support related activities
Ability to coordinate with backend GNOC and product team to address customer issues
Closely support Business Delivery Manager in engaging new opportunities and during order closure as required
Post-delivery, support Business Delivery Manager in collection activities as required
Any administrative support for branch office as and when required
Ready to travel within Thailand for customer engagement regularly. Ready to travel out of
Thailand for sales support activity if required.
Overall a good team player and aspiring to grow within the company
