About the job Sales Manager - MNE
- Managing overall of Sales activities with focus on business development to enhance business growth for Mobility and New Energy in Thailand with OEM customers.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to achieve the sales target
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Monitor sales volume, product mix and selling price, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Negotiating contractual terms and condition with customers to maximize benefits for the company.
- Ensure achievement of global, regional, country and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Maintain and further develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.
- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
- Providing customers with a high level of commercial and technical service for QCDEM as OEM requirements while also promoting the companys goodwill.

6. Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or higher in engineer or any related field while MBA is preferable advantage.
- Having a minimum of 10 years experience in selling the OEM automotive industry.
- A successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation skill.
- Ability to meet Sales Goals, Negotiation Skills, and Customer Focus
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS16949.
- Good command in both written & speaking of English.
