Scope of Work
- Empower clients to maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations
- Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)
- Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization
Requirements
- Thai nationality, Age 26-33 years old
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
