Scope of Work

  • Empower clients to maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations
  • Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)
  • Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization

Requirements

  • Thai nationality, Age 26-33 years old
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry
