Budget : Not over than 210,000 THB excluding allowance

Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. (On-site)

Location : Ramkhamhaeng, Bangkok

Interview process : 2 rounds

Responsibilities :

  • Combine internal and external data into a single view of the business, monitor business KPIs on a monthly basis, and continuously challenge yourself to uncover actionable insights.
  • Periodically provide consumer, channel, and category insights to support the marketing and commercial teams in strategic planning.
  • Monitor and track brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing mix.
  • Lead consumer research, both quantitative and qualitative, to answer business questions and support NPD launches in the market.
  • Liaise with the Shopper Insights team to identify opportunities/gaps for improving business functions and driving higher value.
  • Manage multiple research agencies within the approved budget.
  • Communicate and integrate learnings to enhance the relevance of insights to the marketing strategy.
  • Share knowledge by connecting insights between consumers and shoppers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams in data analysis to develop joint reports.

Qualifications :

  • Thai candidate, aged no more than 55 years.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Strategy, Marketing, or Business Management; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Consumer Insights or Market Research in the FMCG industry.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven for excellence.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and presentation, with a structured and creative mindset.
  • Proficient in Nielsen and Excel
  • Knowledge of SPSS is an advantage, while familiarity with KANTAR is preferable.
  • Willingness to learn more about other commercial functions within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Proficient in English.
