Job Description:
Management Roles
- Build, develop, manage and lead sales team.
- Build & develop sales plan and target for sales staff to acquire new customer and expand existing customer.
- Monitor and follow up to achieve sales target as plan.
- Monitor and follow up all payment.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales staffs to build more effective communications,
to understand and development customer or prospect needs, and to provide insight for
the improvement of sales and activity performance for sales staff.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales staffs.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and ERP response.
- Assists sales staffs in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that
they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Work and coordinate with Business Solution and Consulting team to develop pre-sales and post sales activities.
- Build partner relationship.
- Build relationships at all levels (especially with Senior Executive) managing each account effectively.
- Generate, Manage and Monitor the Sales Pipeline effectively.
Sales Roles for Individual Target
- Responsible for individual sales target.
- Responsible for handling client and prospect accounts. They foster the relationship
between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or
issues that might be relative to that client.
- Coordinate with Tele Marketing, partner and 3rd. party for effective search of sales leads
and prospects.
- Take action of individual account in all sales process of first call, develop sponsor, build
customer or prospect relationship, conduct demonstration and presentation, submit all
sales related documents such as proposal, RFP, TOR etc., negotiation, close sales.
- Generate, Manage and Monitor the Sales Pipeline effectively.
- Responsible in all sales admin documents such as Cost Sheet, Quotation, Contract and
follow up all related documents with partner and client such as PO.
- Build partner relationship.
- Follow up all payment
