Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate Product UX Designer to join our dynamic FinTech team and shape the future of our mobile wallet experience. You'll play a vital role within our cross-functional product tribe, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging solutions that solve real user problems and drive business value.


Job Description

  • Customer Advocate: Champion user-centered design by conducting research, gathering insights, and creating user personas to deeply understand users' needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Crafting Intuitive Experiences: Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that ensure exceptional usability and seamless interaction across our mobile wallet.
  • Usability + Business Goals: Balance user needs with business objectives. Ensure solutions are not only usable and delightful but also support business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Iterative Design Approach: Embrace product discovery methods and work iteratively within the cross-functional tribe by participating in brainstorming, design critiques, and user testing sessions.
  • Collaboration is Key: Build strong relationships with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
  • Data-Informed Design: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess design effectiveness and inform design decisions.
  • FinTech Passion: Demonstrate a keen interest in learning about the FinTech industry and designing user-friendly financial experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design (tailor this to your needs) Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX design solutions, ideally in the mobile app space.
  • Expertise in user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Proven collaboration skills and experience working in a cross-functional tribe environment.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design concepts.

Bonus Points:
Experience in FinTech or financial services design.
Familiarity with agile processes and design sprints.
