POSITION: HR & GA Staff (Japanese Communication)
Based in Bangkok site (Empire Tower)
*Required to come onsite 100% during first year. After that able to be hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have JLPT certified level N1 or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
Be able to read and write Japanese language, including Chinese characters(Kanji), and be able to work with Japanese people via email.
Be able to proceed with work through conversations with Japanese employees in Japanese.
Thai language must be native level.
[Preferred requirements]
Age with average or younger than 27 years old is preferable.
Female is preferable due to the organization of the department.
At least 1-2 Years of Work experience in a company is preferable.
Communicable English literacy.
Supposed to be Thai, or half Thai and Japanese.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform Japanese coordination for Expatriate as JP-HR & GA Coordinator and Japanese Translator (HR & GA).
Support Admin-GM's assignment related to HR & GA.
Coordinate and support communication for Japanese employees related to HR & GA Services.
Support any other issues related with Administration department in Japanese language.
Support HR & GA Service Center (Such as; Visa & Work Permit, Phone Operator, Reservation Center (Car, Hotel, Flight, etc.), and Office Admin.)
Support Japanese Recruitment as coordinator based on assignment.
Support Overseas Business Trip's tasks.
Support Employee Relations tasks and internal communication.
Coordinate and support Seminar & Training Coordination in Overseas.
Assist Supervisor in any requests.
Support any HR & GA's projects and tasks assigned by HR & GA Manager.
