Budget : Not over than 70,000 THB

Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (WFH 1 day per week)

Location : Wireless Road, Bangkok

Interview process : 1 - 2 round

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise 2 -  3 team members (all Thai).
  • Ensuring the teams are delivering strategies that meet clients briefs whilst balancing agency trading objectives and high client satisfaction scores
  • Lead on day to day running of the accounts with FMCG and streaming platform clients which reginal clients.
  • Management and development of key client relationships for the accounts.
  • Develop campaign presentations including insights, media strategy, channel tactics, budget and flighting strategy and measurement framework.
  • Provide guidance to team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
  • Complete oversight of the output from the team including planning, execution, quality checks and processes and the day-to-day project management of media solutions.
  • Manage and ensure that each team member fully understands and can deliver against clients KPIs and business goals.
  • Manage upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely.

Qualifications :

  • Thai candidates aged no older than 35 years.
  • Bachelors Degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an online planner in advertising, digital advertising, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong work experience in managing a team as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
  • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, optimizations, and digital media across paid search, social, biddable, programmatic and full-channels
  • Have a background in upper or top-funnel performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including an analytic and fact-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team player, communication, insight data analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and an exceptional multi-tasker.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in any design or creative software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Possessing a planner certification is advantageous.
