Job Description
1. Build and maintain customer relationships.
Meet and contact existing and new customers to present the company's products and services.
Build strong customer relationships to build customer satisfaction and maintain a customer base.
2. Present and close sales.
Presenting the company's products and services to meet customer needs.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve established sales targets.
3. Plan and develop sales strategies.
Plan and develop sales strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
Analyze sales and market data to improve sales strategies.
4. Coordinate and support the team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Support the team in resolving problems and answering customer inquiries.
5. Report performance.
Prepare performance reports and present them to supervisors.
Monitor and evaluate performance for self-improvement.
Position Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in the transportation, packaging, or logistics industry).
Communication Skills: Good communication skills. Able to effectively present products and services.
Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales and service.
Other Skills:
Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with other departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Own a personal car and the ability to travel to meet clients.
