Position Details

  • Salary Range: 25,000 38,000 THB (Based on experience)

Role Overview
Coordinate and manage import ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, communication with stakeholders, and smooth cargo clearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings and coordinate ocean import shipments with shipping lines and overseas agents.

  • Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.

  • Communicate with consignees in Thailand to ensure cargo release readiness.

  • Work with shipping lines to input B/L details and follow vessel arrival schedules.

  • Manage delivery order (D/O) documentation and collection.

  • Coordinate with the customs clearance team to plan cargo release.

  • Process internal payments with the accounting team for import-related charges.

  • Prepare customer invoices and follow up for payment when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and Thai Customs.

  • Strong communication skills in Thai & English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience with freight forwarding or TMS systems is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple import shipments under pressure.
