System Analyst (Scratch System Development Solution Implementation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst to gather requirements, design system specifications, and support the full system development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scratch system development, strong

analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role works closely with Project Managers and developers to ensure successful system implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design To-Be operation flows, GUI, database, and system interfaces.
• Create requirement and design documentation.
• Coordinate with programmers/vendors to explain system specifications.
• Develop test cases and conduct system testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist PMs in preparing project documentation.
• Participate in PMO activities and project governance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a System Analyst in scratch system development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Thai and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Presales experience is a plus

Preferred Experience

Industry: Manufacturing
System/solution implementation experience in:
o Production Visualization System
o Production Planning System
o Warehouse Management System (WMS)
o Procurement Management System
o Quality Control (QC) Management System
o Workflow Management System
o IoT Solutions (machine connection, sensors, etc.
