Job Responsibilities
Content Operations Management:
- Oversee all the marketing operations in Thailand, including website content and social media accounts.
- Plan, translate, edit, and publish high-quality content (articles, blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content on the website and social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
- Coordinate with the group headquarters to ensure the provided materials aligns with local market needs and company goals.
- Localise and optimise content for SEO, readability and engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across websites, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and content marketing best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage external content contributors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
Market Alignment & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a localized business plan that aligns with the company's global vision while catering to Thailand's market conditions, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring competitive positioning in the financial and investment space.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements in Thailand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector or relevant experience
- Excellent understanding of financial markets (Stocks, Forex, ETFs)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
