About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Rayong, is looking for a Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the hiring process and support the business in hiring 50+ staff within the next 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across production, engineering, and support functions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities.

  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, agencies, and networking.

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure smooth integration.

  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for management.

  • Contribute to overall HR initiatives including employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 58 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

  • Proven success in handling high-volume recruitment within tight timelines.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.

  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken & written).
