About the Role

ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in kitchen, stone, marble, or interior fit-out projects to support quantity surveying and estimating activities for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, preparing quantity takeoffs and estimates, and supporting accurate cost planning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, kitchen, stone, marble, and related project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Measure quantities for kitchen cabinetry, stone, marble, and related construction works.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Identify quantity discrepancies, scope gaps, and potential cost issues.
• Assist with tender and quotation preparation.
• Compare supplier and subcontractor quotations when required.
• Maintain accurate estimating and quantity records.
• Coordinate with project, estimating, and technical teams.
• Provide clear documentation and updates on assigned estimating tasks.
• Complete work accurately within agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or similar role.
• Strong experience with kitchen, stone, marble, joinery, millwork, or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, and cost estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience with estimating or takeoff software such as CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supporting projects for international clients is an advantage.
• Available to work the required night-shift schedule.
