We are seeking a creative and technically strong AI Video Content Creator & Workflow Automation Specialist to produce high‑quality video content using modern AI tools and to build automated content workflows that improve speed, consistency, and output quality.

The ideal candidate is fluent in AI video platforms such as Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, and similar tools, and has hands‑on experience with AI workflow automation using tools like Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms.

This role blends video production, AI tool mastery, automation, and light project coordination, aligned with Nevada USA working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Video Production

• Create professional video content using AI platforms (Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Build scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce explainer videos, training modules, marketing clips, and product demos.
• Edit and refine AI‑generated footage for polished final output.

AI Workflow Automation

• Design and implement automated workflows for content creation, video production, and publishing.
• Use tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Air table, and other automation platforms to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Build templates, pipelines, and automation sequences that reduce manual work and increase production speed.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and recommend improvements.

Content Creation & Coordination

• Convert ideas, outlines, or briefs into structured scripts and compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to understand messaging goals.
• Manage timelines, revisions, approvals, and version control.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets, templates, and project files.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 year's experience in video production, digital content creation, or multimedia design.
• Strong proficiency with AI video creation tools (Synthesia, Synthesis, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with AI workflow automation (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Ability to write clear scripts and structure video narratives.
• Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere, Descript, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely on Nevada USA (Pacific Time) schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing content for tech, consulting, or professional services brands.
• Familiarity with AI voice generation, avatars, motion graphics, or automated editing workflows.
• Ability to create short‑form and long‑form content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, internal training).
