Develop coordinated MEP BIM models while supporting engineering documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Model mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building services systems.
• Coordinate services with architectural and structural models.
• Produce schedules, drawings, and model-based deliverables and support clash resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of MEP/BIM experience.
• Strong Revit MEP skills and understanding of building services systems.
