Key Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps, priorities, governance, implementation plans, and KPIs.
• Coordinate leadership, technical teams, and users through transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital transformation, technology, or process improvement experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and AI literacy.
