Are you an Architect with a passion for both design and client engagement? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our remote team immediately.

Position: Architect with Sales Experience

Work Setup: 100% Remote / Work From Home
Availability: Must be able to join immediately
Engagement: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
• Prepare architectural concepts, presentations, and proposals.
• Assist in converting leads into projects through effective communication and relationship building.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with clients.
• Support business development and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Previous experience in sales,business development, client relations, or account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
• Available to start immediately

Preferred:

• Experience in architectural, construction, interior design, or AEC-related sales
• Experience working with international clients
