Key Responsibilities

• Extract quantities from models and prepare detailed estimates.
• Link model elements with cost data for 5D analysis.
• Review design changes and assess their cost impact.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in quantity surveying, construction, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of estimating and/or BIM cost experience.
• Strong Excel and estimating skills; experience with 5D/BIM platforms preferred.
