We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately! If you have a strong background in kitchen cabinetry, interior fit-out projects, and expertise in PlanSwift and Bluebeam, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Utilize PlanSwift and Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors for cost control and procurement.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam is a must.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Experience in international projects is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, as this is a work-from-home role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
