 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation, aligning with business and marketing goals.
  • Craft engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining content calendars for consistent posting.
  • Execute social media campaigns, manage paid ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations, and adjust tactics for optimal performance and goal attainment.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and build positive audience relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Analyze social media metrics with tools such as Google Analytics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for strategy enhancement.
  • Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices, leveraging new technologies to boost online presence and engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media interactions and content, ensuring a professional online presence.
  • Perform competitor analysis to gauge market trends and strategies, informing social media approaches to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to synchronize social media initiatives with broader marketing efforts, coordinating with influencers and agencies as necessary.
  • Monitor social media for potential reputational risks, developing appropriate responses to mitigate impact.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in social media management, such as Hootsuite or HubSpot, are beneficial.
  • Candidates should have proven experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, with a successful track record in managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Applicants must possess strong writing and editing skills to create engaging, visually appealing content for various social media platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and understanding native platform insights is essential.
