Argentia BPO Agent (HR Support & BDA Tasks) Remote
Job Description:
We are looking for a BPO Agent based in Argentina to support HR functions and handle Business Development Associate (BDA) tasks for our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with U.S. clients and a strong ability to multitask in HR and business development support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Provide support in Business Development tasks including lead generation, market research, and client communication.
- Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting for HR and BDA activities.
- Maintain and organize HR records, ensuring compliance with local and U.S. regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and contribute to business growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous USA experience in a BPO or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and business development tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., HRIS systems, CRM, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Experience working in a remote team is a plus.
