Telesales Representative

 Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative with experience working with US clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong convincing strategies, and proven expertise in outbound sales. Experience in cold calling within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
  • Engage prospects with strong communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Use CRM tools like Apollo, GHL (GoHighLevel), and Wiza to track leads and manage pipelines.
  • Handle objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or outbound calling with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute convincing sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Apollo, GHL, and Wiza.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, especially in the AEC industry, is a big plus.
  • Ability to work during US night shift hours.
  • Must be able to join immediately.
