Are you a licensed architect with a strong background in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and hands-on experience navigating US building codes and zoning regulations? We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing remote team, specializing in the design and documentation of ADU projects for residential clients in the US preferably in LA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of ADU projects from concept to permit approval.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation in compliance with LA codes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and local authorities for permit processing and plan check responses.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee quality control in design output.
• Ensure compliance with California building codes, zoning, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of ADU and residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of US, Los Angeles permitting processes, zoning ordinances, and construction standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard drafting/design software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Must be available to join immediately.
