Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and more.
• Utilize Planswift and Bluebeam to provide accurate measurements, calculations, and detailed reports.
• Analyze civil and infrastructure drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project stays within budget and scope.
• Monitor ongoing projects to track cost deviations and provide recommendations for cost management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and cost-effective solutions for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil and infrastructure sectors of the construction and engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in using Planswift and Bluebeam for take-offs, measurements, and cost estimation.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, infrastructure systems, and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret complex civil and infrastructure drawings and translate them into precise cost estimates.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
