Digital Marketing Strategist

 Job Description:

We are in search of an innovative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to be part of our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand growth, boost online visibility, and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and the needs of the target audience. Craft detailed plans to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and enhancement of digital marketing campaigns, encompassing search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising. Guarantee that campaigns achieve performance goals and adhere to budgets.
  • Carry out comprehensive market research to grasp industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior. Use these insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance marketing tactics.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and online visibility. Oversee SEM campaigns, including PPC advertising, to generate targeted traffic and optimize ROI.
  • Craft and manage a content marketing strategy encompassing blog posts, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and other forms of digital content. Ensure alignment with brand messaging and search engine optimization.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators and metrics across digital platforms. Generate regular reports on campaign results, offer insights, and suggest modifications to boost effectiveness.
  • Formulate and apply social media strategies to bolster brand recognition, engagement, and audience growth. Oversee social media ad campaigns and assess their performance for improved outcomes.
  • Supervise website design and user experience enhancements. Guarantee website optimization for conversions, usability, and SEO. Execute A/B testing and scrutinize user interactions to improve website functionality.
  • Establish and control digital marketing budgets. Distribute resources judiciously across different channels, oversee expenditures, and confirm that campaigns are executed within financial limits.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including creative, content, and sales departments, to synchronize with marketing objectives. Guide and mentor junior staff, offering direction and support to fulfill team goals.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary, with the capability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions. Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is preferred.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and produce measurable outcomes is crucial.
  • A creative mindset is required to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions that distinguish themselves in a competitive digital landscape.
