We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing team! In this work-from-home position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate 3D models for our architectural and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using software like Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Create construction documentation from the BIM model, including drawings, schedules, and quantities
• Conduct quality checks and identify potential clashes within the model
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and workflows

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural concepts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Bonus Points:

• Experience with additional BIM tools (Navisworks, Enscape, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with specific building codes and standards
