Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online ads.
- Aid in optimizing campaigns and tracking performance.
- Develop engaging content for digital channels such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage and refresh social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Schedule posts, interact with followers, and keep abreast of social media trends and discussions.
- Help create and distribute email marketing campaigns. Segment email lists, design templates, and analyze performance metrics to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, and tracking search rankings. Contribute to SEM activities, including PPC campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance with tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics. Compile reports on campaign results and offer insights for enhancements.
- Update and maintain the company website, including managing content, updating images, and performing basic troubleshooting. Ensure the site remains user-friendly and current.
- Research industry trends, competitor actions, and audience behavior. Provide insights and recommendations from research to guide marketing strategies.
- Aid in creating and overseeing online advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and sponsored content. Monitor ad performance and help manage budgets.
- Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team, including organizing meetings, overseeing project timelines, and continuing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills, be proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools, have knowledge of SEO and SEM, and demonstrate the ability to analyze data.
- An understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including content and email marketing, is essential.
